Shish Tawook Sulaki

  A theatrical dining experience featuring twin skewers of Fresh Local Chicken, marinated in the traditional “Souvlaki” style with lemon and herbs. Artistically presented on a Vertical Hanging Rack, dripping with flavor over a bed of aromatic Saffron Rice. Served with grilled peppers and onions, a trio of signature dips (Garlic, Tahini, and Spicy sauce), and crispy golden fries.
